Definitely will be back.. it was such a nice relaxing experience even on a summer afternoon. Bath was hotter than expected but it was nice with the cool shower right next to the tub for a refreshing feel. Enjoyed the picked bell peppers and they arranged it in a very nice spread of other goodies. Naturally outdoorsy among the rocks and dirt but it gives it a nice touch.

What a lovely little hidden treasure this place is. My husband and I wanted to do something different for our 6th wedding anniversary. This place did not disappoint. I booked the Cedar tub for an hour. Also got a glass of wine and a charcuterie board with salami and cheese. The bath was so relaxing, the water was perfect temp! It was so peaceful, surrounded by nature. The baths are very private so you aren’t on display. I feel the pricing is very reasonable, I mean for what we spent we would have doubled it if we went to a fancy hotel and had an expensive dinner. If you are looking for something different, give this place a try! My husband and I will definitely be going back, probably for a sunset bath, that’s the best time to go I hear.

I’ve had this place on my San Antonio bucket list for a while and I’m so glad I finally went. Definitely a hidden gem. I booked with the Cedar tub, and once I figure out how to add a little bit more cold water it was. I enjoyed the hot tub, and the cold shower shared in the suite. Hour was plenty of time for meand loved that I was able to Little bit of bubbly before I relaxed. It is all natural so there are some bugs and leaves and dirt around, but it didn’t bother me. Just commenting for those who might be expecting and more elevated experience Highly highly recommend!

It is an excellent slice of luxury in San Antonio! The area was beautiful and calm. We arrived a little early, so we enjoyed checking out the ruins and hanging out before our soak. We reserved the clawfoot tubs, which were very nice. One tub is slightly longer than the other, which is nice for taller people. The water smells like eucalyptus a little, and the sulfur smell (which is totally normal and expected for a natural hot spring) was very minimal. In fact, my husband and I didn't notice it at all until we left. They provide two towels and a large bottle of water in the soaking suits, and there is a call button inside if you would like various drinks/charcuterie to be delivered, which is very convenient. If you are planning to go and feel particular about towels, then bring your own. Those provided were just fine, however. I would recommend wearing sandals as well, and if you don't, then to bring a towel/use one of the provided towels as a bath mat to keep your feet clean while you get in and out of the tubs. Overall, I would highly recommend Camp Hot Wells, and we will definitely come again and try the cedar tub next time!

More than I ever expected. Took my wife to try out the soak and relax. Some of the pictures are outdated, and they have made major changes to the place, which are really good. So peaceful and surreal with nature. We got the cedar tub for an hour, and we were more than pleased. We also ordered the charcuterie board to go with our soak. If you want to pre-game before the soak, they have a few IPA'S and wine. You can't go wrong with the beverages and enjoy the place. After the soak, we were so relaxed that our everyday worries were gone. If you're every in San Antonio and want to FULLY relax, I would really recommend Camp Hot Wells. Warning, though, you will not want to do anything else on your visit to San Antonio. Camp Hot Wells, you have a frequent customer here. See you soon
