It's a *little* (300+ space) old (but kitschy old, not crappy old) park, quiet, and has a great view of the stars. The little pool is super cute, and the hot tub exists and people enjoy it; I just don't do person soup. There's even stamped copper rain gutters. The talavera pots and desert flora are just beautiful. The staff is awesome, and grounds very well kept In the winter there's all types of events, and the staff totally gets how an RV park needs to be run. It IS a 55+ park, so there are rules that are more-strict than family parks, and anyone who RVs full-time should expect that. I am happy to make this spot my home.

Wonderful place to stay just outside of Tucson. Right off the freeway, without the disturbance of traffic. Lots and lots of wildlife and desert plants. We’ve seen coyotes, hawk families, endless birds and many species of reptiles. Hiking and walking areas in all directions. Groceries, fast food and Walmart within 10 mins drive.Clean showers, restrooms, laundry facilities and pool area. Staff is amazing and always willing to work with us when we ask for late checkouts. The only RV spot we stay at in Tucson.

We were only here for a stop overnight. We didn’t use any of the amenities here so we can’t speak to that. We are rating based on the wonderful customer service we got while we stayed. We were unfortunate enough to pick up a few nails on our truck tires on our way. Repairs in the morning didn’t quite get finished by 11:30, which is check out time. They were so flexible with us. We would love to come back and spend more time so we can try the amenities. The RV Park was very easy to get to from I-10 and far enough from the freeway so as not to hear the traffic. My husband loved the access to the bike path in Tucson. In our short time there, he managed to get 2 rides in.

This place is not a 5 star it is an old RV park with permanent residence. The manager of this park is rude and talks to you like she is doing you a favor. She doesn’t realize that we “campers” are the ones that keeps this place going. There are so many code violations I’m surprised that someone hasn’t reported it. The only thing good I can say is that at night you have a great view of the stars.
