We stayed the weekend for a softball tournament and loved this place. Concrete pads, picnic tables, really nice shower/bathroom, and very spacious pads. We LOVED IT. If we play in this area again, we will be staying here.

This is really a nice park. The lots are well spaced and the utilities all work properly. Good water pressure. All sites are gravel and level with plenty of grass around them. If you can get a lake front site - wow what a view, including several families of geese. Looks like maintenance crews are working on improving the visual appeal of the property. They REALLY need to focus on the roads. Not many big rigs here - but it is 'big rig' friendly with ample room. Will be here again next time traveling I-20.

Great rv site just off I-20. Easy to get to from the highway and everything is paved from the time you get onto the property. We have a 42’ fifth wheel and we were able to park it completely on the paved pad at our site and still had room for our truck on the gravel in front of the pad. The pads are level so leveling the fifth wheel was a breeze. We had full hookups and WiFi. The park has a pool and facilities that are open 24/7 and the park is gated which is a nice security feature. We would definitely stay here again. The only real downside is that you have to book a minimum of two days, which is not great if you only need one day.

We were looking for a long-term RV park location. This location had availability, competitive prices, and more amenities than some others we checked into. They do background checks, which is more common in the area. Very helpful, pleasant individual that I spoke with.

So here is the plus side: Beautiful park, nice pads, and friendly staff! The not so plus side: Terrible roads in park massive potholes throughout park that you can't avoid. Internet was horrible. We were right next to an antenna and couldn't barely connect to internet for so computer work and definitely couldn't stream anything. We ended up having to use our phones to stream off of and hot spot just to get some work done on computer.
