Incredible! Getting here was a bit tough, but we paddle boarded from Harper Park, and while it wasn't the easiest trip because of the weather, it was not bad just a bit miserable from the cold, but so SO Worth it! Our campsite was right on the water, and we could hear the waves all night, it was incredible. I got to read in total peace as the park is so quiet, so I got to listen to the waves as I read. And on top of that, the view is absolutely amazing, being able to wake up to the sounds of the ocean and see the skyline of Seattle. On top of all this, the park staff are awesome, so friendly, and on top of things! The ranger was so nice, he came over to our spot pretty soon after we got in to see how we were doing, and make sure we were knowledgeable on the campsite rules. Long story short, I think this is the best camping experience I've ever had, and I definitely plan to come back.

Nice quiet park, but you will need a boat to access it. The Tillicum village dinner show is no longer running. So, there are no amenities on the island beyond the restrooms.

This was our first time to Blake Island. We anchored off the NW beach. Went ashore for the circle-island trail. Used the dinghy dock at low and high tide. Easy in and out. Restrooms were clean and conveniently placed along the trails near the campsites. Was a beautiful hike. Well maintained, wide trail. Was a little more hilly than I expected. Great calf workout.

A lovely park. The West side is more protected for boats that need to anchor. The East side has great city views and the main campground. There is potable water and toilets on the island at both camp areas, although they shut the drinking water off in fall to avoid freezing. The West side Beach is great for swimming, but can be louder at night with road noise that carries across the water from southworth.
