We made reservations with Heather, she is so helpful and accommodating. Best customer service ever!! We started out with a 1 week stay in October, we needed a second week, and everyone was so kind, even Oscar the maintenance man was helpful, we needed some branches trimmed and he got right on it. All the neighbors were courteous, and friendly. Very pleasant stay. We will be back

Well maintained almost level paved/with concrete patios. The entrance is tight for big rigs. There are a lot of permanent residents. Very friendly office staff. Close access to 41. I would recommend going to chubby’s across the street. The breakfast was delicious with nice portions.

We stopped here only for two nights on our road trip. Booking this place and calling for questions takes at least a full day, and don't expect an answer to emailed questions. Checking in was easy as once it was booked. There is an envelope with your name left for you right outside the office. I vaguely remember the person whom I spoke to when I booked telling me this but it would have been helpful to have that little detail in the confirmation email, as I booked several sites on our trip and their details are all different. The booking person I spoke to was very pleasant at the time. Regarding the site, despite the spaces being quite close together it was very quiet and it looks like there is at least one tree at every lot so good shade and it was nice to wake with the sounds of birds. The other guests we encountered were nice. Overall the place was clean and well kept. The only site facilities we used was the bathroom and the shower. Shower was fine but bring your own toilet paper to the bathroom. We also tried to use the wi-fi but it never worked.

We like staying here as we travel to and from places north of Southern California. It is a nice place to stop to break up a long journey. We just stayed again in August, both going and again when returning home. It is a short drive off the freeway on a main boulevard, but there is very little traffic noise. Checkin is super easy as they have the paperwork and detailed information all ready in an envelope in a slot outside the office door. You are welcome to come in and ask questions if the office is open. The park is a combination of sites for full-timers and travelers. Full-time sites are are very well maintained like a nice residential neighborhood. We liked that they have 50 amp sites (it gets real hot in Fresno during the summer) that are pull through. The sites have a cement pad for your trailer/RV and an asphalt area for outdoor campsite activities. There is a grass area between the sites so no worries about tracking dirt inside. There are lots of trees, but not for all sites. Trash cans are within a few steps of your door. Target, Walmart, Costco and other shopping areas are very near. This Costco also sells diesel fuel which is a real money saver for us. Lots of restaurants and fast food outlets are also very close. The staff was wonderful when we interacted with them. The price has gone up quite a bit from the pre-Covid price, but that seems to be the standard these days. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained park with close amenities, to stay at during your travels through Fresno, I highly recommend Blackstone RV Park.
