The park has some of best people you'll meet residing in it. Our time was short but we definitely had a feeling of home while we were there. The atmosphere was quaint and home like and the property is beautiful with lots of potential and a bright future. The only reason we left after a short time was because of an unexpected blessing in getting some land. Otherwise we would have stayed until the market's settled down so we could buy some land of our own. Definitely a great place to with great people and great management. If your looking for a long term residence this is the place to be.

We stayed here for 3 months for a work assignment. It’s a great park, mix of campers and single wides. The owner is very nice and super helpful with anything you need. She is always doing improvements. Neighbours are either nice or keep to themselves which is nice too. Would stay again!

I lived in the park for over 4 years in my RV while I was stationed there. The Big Sierra park is the example of what a community should be like. During my tenure I saw people come and go, good and bad. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the owners, who have always gone above and beyond for any request that any tenant had. I would say that I know 95% of the tenants that are there and have never heard a bad report. Anytime weather came in Charlotte and Robby always showed up to ensure everything was in working order and to help anyone that had issues. It’s not there responsibility to maintain the personally owned RVs that are there but they always helped. You aren’t gonna find that anywhere else. The lots are some of the biggest and most have fences. If you’re gonna be a long term tenant as I was, any request you have, fences, outside lights whatever, if it’s doable they’ll make it happen. Thats what community living is. Most tenants are eager to help each other as well. if I’m ever stationed there again this will be my first place to come back to.

Bill and I moved to this park at the end of August. From day one we have been made to feel at home.Charlotte and Robbie have bent over backwards to help in any way they could and work tirelessly for their tenants. The lots are large and shady and the park is very well maintained. The location is very convenient also. The people here are kind and helpful and have made us feel very welcome.

Owners work hard to upgrade park & accommodate tenants. Very good people (tenants) at park, no issues. I believe there’s a waiting list to get in. It may appear rustic but a good place. You will not find anyplace in OKC that is least expensive & owner that cares for tenants. I don’t know whom the 1 star reviews are, let me assure you I never heard or seen these folks.
