I would have to say, there are some very negative reviews on here, but that’s on the owners. Kathy runs the place and without help she does the best she can while doing things to make the place feel comfortable and safe. As someone that has a 42’ diesel pusher, the accommodations are far and few between and she does her best to accommodate everyone that’s (last minute) and local people as well. One person cannot be available 24/7/365 and once again, reach out to the owners. The phones and internet were an issue for the past few weeks here, I helped try to rectify it with my internet and that should be on the owners as well. They do not provide one person (just a know it all management company that only sees their paycheck) to help out facilitate the park.

Great park location and close to the airport! Unfortunately, after calling 6+ times, and leaving 3 unreturned voicemail messages over the course of 2 months, we had to take our business an hour north. Due to the non existent customer service, we won’t be trying to stay here again.

Update: Its may 2024 and i still enjoy the place. Its still quiet. I had one issue and the universe took care of it. Yea so its nice. I fiujd out there was showers on the property and they are pretty clean I love it out here. Located in Brighton which is north of Denver. No better simple Rv park than here. Laundry room on-site 20 min from the airport. It's clean. water included. Lights are added to lot rent. Front office is very nice. I've been here 4 months and not really going nowhere else.

Reasonable rates and rules. There are seperate showers for men and women that require a door code to access. The park is family and pet friendly with a playground and several areas for walking pets. Prairie center shopping center is less than 1 mile away and has restaurants as well as a wide variety of shops including Target, Office Depot, and Home Depot, just to name a few.

The office lady, whom i think is the owner, was very rude when i inquired in person about renting a space. This park is not nice anyway . The best thing we did here was pay $11 to dump our tanks.
