There was a kayak launch until no one used it so they took it out and fishing isn’t that good unless u want to fish for Carp in summer and maybe get lucky on a small mouth or northern pike and that’s a hard maybe better off going to fish kletch Park with the crowd

Great launch site for kayaks and canoes. Careful there is a rock to get stuck on (see picture).

This park would benefit with a bathroom, and a canoe/kayak launch dock that is accessible. The Brown Deer website claims it has a fully accessible launch, which is untrue. There is only a grass and mud slope to the water.

The park itself isn't much, but the river access is great. There's a kayak/canoe roller to make getting in and out of the river very easy, and there's even a pull out seat to make kayaks/canoes handicap accessible.
