They have lots of fun events that I am looking forward to attending, like bingo! And a pool party tonight! It's family friendly. Lots of friendly residents. From the picture I posted ( her lot is always getting better!), you can see people take pride in decorating their lots, and as a new annuaI resident, i can't wait to decorate mine! I am thinking of all sorts of cool ideas. But it's been so hot out. And with a 4 month old, I haven't gotten started, but I can't wait to have a cool yard like other people very soon!

Great RV Park with parking spaces for RV's and some permanent homes. They got a pool with swimming water and shuffleboard for shuffling. I also liked that the streets were paved and accessible by car. It is in a city with lots of amenities. They are a caring park of friendly people.

Poor communication. We were open about the age of our RV and we're told that there would be openings in April. So we waited and called back. Sent pictures and everything. April came around and we were then told our rig is too old. (It's well cared for, clean, no leaks and was just painted.) Now we are scrambling trying to find a place to stay 4 days before I need to start my schooling in the area. Fun times. I'm sure it's a really nice place and the rent was even really doable for us. It's really a shame given how close this place is to all the things we would be doing here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The folks that work here were super nice, especially the woman in the office. Yes the lots are very tight but a nice gentleman who works there helped us back in. The park was decorated for Christmas and they had a golf cart parade! Every golf cart was decorated. How fun! We had one issue with a woman that has a German Shepherd. Her dog was horribly aggressive and he wanted to eat us every time we walked by. Then we saw her walking the dog with a muzzle. I read another review from a man that has two dogs, both he claims are well behaved. I trust him more than this woman. She had no control of this dog while she walked him either. She also has a small dog, not sure of the breed. This woman should not be allowed to have that German shepherd in the park. He is dangerous and in dire need of training. Otherwise we had a great stay.
