We had water & power. The dog park was very nice, so why was there a giant pile of dog poop on our site. We chose not to use the sewer hookup due to dried up toilet paper & human feces on the ground. Sites are broken concrete & asphalt in very bad shape. They are crammed in on top of each other. We were unable to back all the way into our site, we would have hit the RV awning behind us.You can barely open your slides. Just look at my attached pictures and think twice.

I was looking for a place to live temporarily for around 6-9 months. Atlanta Marietta RV Park more than filled that need for me. Conveniently located, accessible, and more importantly, safe, Atlanta Marietta RV was the ideal spot. The management and staff are very, very friendly and courteous. They will work with you on any issue. If you have any mechanical issues with your camper they are quick to help, and experienced enough to do so. Need any other service? They will give you recommendations. I felt extremely safe here. There are security measures in place to mitigate any illegal or unsafe activities. Also, the showers and laundry facilities are more than adequate and extremely clean! Lastly, I want to mention the owners and staff are religiously faithful and it shows in their operations. That was an important factor for me in deciding to stay here.

Definitely not a resort, so many RV parks are using the word “resort” and apparently have no clue what that word means, this place looks like it was once an old mobile home park and they have converted it to rv’s. There are a few trailers in there that look like they came out of the movie deliverance, here’s a tip, when your customers rv has weeds growing out the top of their RV it may be time for them to go. Spaces are tight, all back-ins, no pull throughs since it was designed to be a mobile home park many, many decades ago. When you go in the office there was only one lady sitting in the back corner with all the lights off, something about this place gave us the creeps. Way too many full time campers with broken down RV’s. The camper next to us was staying in a servic van and they were trying to install a sewer P-Trap so they could hook up their toilet to their sewer so we were blessed with that oder for half a day. WiFi was horrible, good enough to send an email but forget out streaming any movies. I would avoid this place in the future!

We were looking for a place close to Cobb Galleria and this was the closest RV park. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness with being so close to everything. This place isn’t a Hilton of RV parks but worked great for easy access to Atlanta and was exactly what we needed. Easy back in sites that are getting repaved in the near future. Showers, laundry and a cute little library. Thanks Leslie for everything!

We read all the reviews prior to staying here for one night. We needed the electrical hookups for AC for an overnight stop. Here's my 2 cents- This RV park has the potential of being something much better and earning the owners more money. From the reservation we made via phone call (because online is + $3.50 fee) and checking in after hours, the experience was a 10 out of 10. Very friendly services and an efficient automated means of checking in. Disney could actually learn for the after hours check in. No Joke. The pad site and driveways are in need of repair. Very chunky and plenty of pot holes. The laundry area has nice equipment and the two Bath rooms/Showers are in need of remodel. They were clean. This Park appears to have residents that are in the trade business so trading a site for a remodel would/could be the best way for everyone to get something for very little effort and out of packet expense. There are little to no other options to Camp in Atlanta so here it is. For me, this is a one night facility that gave me what I needed. Electric and feeling secure. Just a few miles off of I-75
