Had to help packrat move her stuff around. Must be inventory I helped out most of it in a room years ago! Lucky #13 no thank you no nothing but orders. Like it my place . I was just trying to help but help is not always welcomed. She did like her palm being strung up all the way up! I could tell she really enjoyed it.

I live here and for the most part it's nice. People stay to themselves. The cat problem is horrible, smells like cat poop everywhere. Trailers definitely too close to each other, propain companies will not deliver because the trailers are not safely spaced apart. Last but not least, Never anyone in the office to Express concerns too and can't contact any management.

It is under new management and there has been a significant improvement to the cleanliness of the park. The owners and management do their best to address any issues and resolve them. This is a good place for people on a budget.

This is a rundown trailer park I feel like the management does not care and there are so many cats there it is ridiculous they really need to do something about all of the feral cats they have running around. I don't live there just visiting a friend and literally saw at least 20 cats

CAT'S CAT'S CAT'S !!! Can you say cat's ? Everywhere you look there are cat's,and cat poo !! The manager Lady promotes the problem.. Their is a clubhouse with a pool table by the pool,and there are cat's inside the clubhouse,by themselves,chill'in on the pool table,like it's all good... But besides all that.. The crime here is like the streets of L.A. . No Joke 😕 NO PARKING, none,not even for your own car. The mobile homes are very,very ran down...
